What is the AppLovin Exchange?

An ad exchange allows publishers a place to make ad inventory available to potential buyers — existing as an intermediary between the supply side and the demand side of the ad buying process. The AppLovin Exchange, or ALX, is AppLovin’s mobile, in-app RTB (real-time bidding) exchange. It connects buyers to more than 140,000 mobile apps on more than 2 billion mobile devices globally.

Marketers, agencies, and agency trade desks can access this supply through more than 120 premium DSPs that work with ALX. Inventory is bought on a per-impression basis in an auction environment.

ALX supports all major ad formats, including video, rewarded video, playable, native, rich media, and display.
